I'm using VS2012 Premium and I've tried installing both :

MVVM Light Toolkit v4.1 for VS2012 (v4.1.24.0)

and

MVVM Light Toollkit V4 RTM (v4.0.23.4)

and then followed the steps to install the Project templates but I'm unable to create a new project targeting WP7.1 or 7.5, the only project target I can see is for WP8.

I need to target WP7.1 (customer requirement) and was hoping to use a project template to help me get started with understanding this framework.

Have I missed a step or maybe used the wrong installer?

Hi,

Working on a new installer, not quite ready yet. Here is a link to a new VSIX with the templates you need.

Please uninstall the old VSIX first. For this, go to Visual Studio / Tools / Extensions and Updates / then select MVVM Light and click Uninstall.

Then double click this VSIX: http://sdrv.ms/UZngfo

You'll need to restart VS 12 to see the changes.

Hi Laurent, could you upload again the VSIX Template for WP7.1, it's seems you delete it.

I cannot Install the template, didn't read that Gareth using VS2012 Premium. And the VS that I am using right now is VS2012 Express for Windows Phone. Do MVVM Light v4.1.24.0 support targetting the WP7.1 also? I install the MvvmLight.WP8Express2012, and the only template that I see is for WP8.
