CommonServiceLocator creates problems for none-English Universal Windows apps

Oct 10, 2015 at 12:40 PM
I use mvvm-light in my Universal Windows App. My app is in Swedish only, but when uploaded to the Store, the Store thought I was using English too because of resources in the CommonServiceLocator. See details here:

Now I have solved the problem myself by simply by removing the resources from that library.
I just wanted to share this if someone else gets this problem. It took my several hours to figure out why this was happening :-(. Interestingly this only affects Windows 10-apps, windows 8.1 apps don’t seem to have the same problem.

That sucks. Unfortunately I am not involved in this library, though maybe someone could fix it there... Anyway thanks for sharing!

Wow, I didn’t expect that :-). Thanks for all your work. I will try that workaround :-)
