SimpleIoC.GetService throws instead of returning null for nonexistent service

According to documentation of SimpleIoC.GetService inherited via System.ServiceProvider.GetService() it ought to return null when service is not registered yet SimpleIoC throws ActivationException.

Updated the documentation to reflect the (correct) behavior of throwing ActivationException (per the CommonServiceLocator interface definition). Will be in V5.1.
